Tramp Coordinator

Fresh Graduate

Key Responsibilities

Issuing cargo documents for the Tramp department
Managing Suez Canal transit procedures
Overseeing vessel operations at Alexandria Port
Building and maintaining customer databases
Coordinating transit container procedures
Following up FDA procedures between accounts and port authorities
Managing logistics operations efficiently
Acquiring new customers in general cargo and tankers sectors

Required Qualifications

Fresh graduate level (Bachelor's degree)
ICDL computer skills certification
Fluent English language proficiency (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Internal/External Relations

Works collaboratively across all departments and with IACC subsidiaries, customers, port authorities, customs officials, and shipping chambers. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
